  1. The overall emergency and development objective of Community Aid for Relief and Development (CARD) is enhanced ability in the target vulnerable host and displaced communities to tackle their own health, economic, social and livelihood problems for sustainable community development.<\/li>\n
  2.  Improve health conditions by providing basic health and hygiene education and services to the communities residing in rural and urban affected by man-made or natural disaster.<\/li>\n
  3. Humanitarian assistance in natural and man-made disaster<\/li>\n
  4. Provide education services<\/li>\n
  5.  Establish youth group different areas in South Sudan<\/li>\n
  6.  Implementation of programmes aimed at basic health care (preventive and curative) including maternal health, child health care services, hygienic sanitation, management of waste disposal, population welfare, immunization etc. Leading towards reduced mortality.<\/li>\n
  7.  Implementation of women welfare and development programmes aimed at socio-economic empowerment of women through their participation in all developmental programmes.<\/li>\n
  8.  Human resources development and knowledge up graduation in order to ensure better implementation of participatory rural development programmes by community partners.<\/li>\n
  9. To build capacity of other civil society organization or Community based organization.<\/li>\n
  10.  To provide capacity building for the local farmers in terms of training and others.<\/li>\n
  11. Promote the use of crops to mature faster and preposition food stocks and make them readily available for distribution in the most vulnerable areas.<\/li>\n
  12. Ensure improved access to clean water for displaced people by trucking in water whenever practicable, treating water and rehabilitating water points.<\/li>\n
  13. Support displaced population and other vulnerable communities with emergency latrines and basic health activities. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We are responsible for the decisions we make and actions we take. We will be accountable to our constituents and donors by conforming to internationally acceptable financial management systems and giving the opportunity to <\/span>evaluate our performance. Accountability will ensure strong reputation of our organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Justice<\/b><\/p>\n

    We will endeavor to be fair to all our constituents irrespective of religion, tribe, gender, political or other affiliations. The principle of Justice and promotion of human dignity will permeate all our operations.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Participation<\/b><\/p>\n

    We will strive to involve right holders and other stakeholders in Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation of our interventions by promoting participation. We will make our intervention more meaningful to those being <\/span>served.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Quality<\/b><\/p>\n

    We believe in quality service provision. Quality assurance will be at the forefront of our interventions and will be reinforced among others through authentication of manuals and contents, vetting participants, <\/span>delivery after training, ensuring that contracts use right materials, mixture etc and ensuring good quality of <\/span>the products we design.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Professionalism<\/b><\/p>\n

    We will ensure observance of professionalism in service delivery. We shall do this by targeting skilled staff for the implementation of our intervention as well as adherence to acceptable professional values and <\/span>ethics. Professionalism will promote good quality for our interventions.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Community Empowerment and Commitment<\/b><\/p>\n

    We believe that no one can serve a community meaningfully without their involvement. We also believe that communities are inherently resilient, even in the midst of conflicts and disaster as such, require some <\/span>support to enable them take charge of their lives. As a result, our interventions are not for communities but <\/span>with the communities; to support them, regain custody of their health and well being.
